A wildlife enthusiastic and safaris expert leader from local Maasai family of 6, after graduate wildlife college for tour guiding Leadership and management, he becoming a resident tour guide based in bush
under asilia Africa, the first 7years of his guiding carrier as a specialist wildebeest migration expert for following the herds of migration in Northen Serengeti river-crossing and southern Serengeti calving season with the groups of tourist and wildlife photographers.
While working under that company Elia tittle different position as a camp head guide and mentor for the new guide who join the company. He also gaining more education by attending different college courses and awarded certificates in *Tour guiding leadership management * Geology, Ecology, Birding, Hosting, Story teller*{psychology} human adaptive behavior *Wilderness first aid respond, *Land rover experience {offroad driving}
Later he joining one of the big/leading safari company in Arusha Tanzania as a Tour group leader and leading different private groups in AFRICA. especially EAST AFRICA, NAMIBIA, BOTSWANA, ETHIOPIA, AND VICTORIA FALLS. Combining the endless experiences and passion of wildlife together lead him to start his own safari company GECO

Le premier a été en français pendant deux ans, j’ai travaillé avec le français, après cela j’ai étudié l’italien pendant un année, j’ai aussi travaillé comme guide parce que j’aime le travail de guide, j’aime aussi l’environnement, les prédateurs, les oiseaux, les insectes, j’aime aussi travailler avec différents pays parce que j’aime montrer ce que j’ai et ce que j’aime , J’aime aussi échanger des connaissances et des compréhensions avec d’autres personnes. J’aime aussi apprendre. Quand je suis dans la nature, mon animal préféré est le lion .merci beaucoup.
Di nome mi chiamo Ally Abdi Mshana, sono nata nel 1999, mese 8, data 30, regione Kilimanjaro, distretto di Moshi, il primo è stato in francese per due anni, ho lavorato con il francese, poi ho studiato italiano per un anno Quest’anno ho lavorato anche come guida perché mi piace il lavoro di guida, mi piace anche l’ambiente, i predatori, gli uccelli, gli insetti, mi piace anche lavorare con paesi diversi perché mi piace mostrare quello che ho e quello che mi piace , Mi piace anche scambiare conoscenza e comprensione con altre persone. Mi piace anche imparare. Quando sono nella natura selvaggia, il mio animale preferito è il leone.

Brenda born and rise in arusha and grow in tourism family learn and gaining lots of experience through her family members especially her late father who was one of the safari tourism pioneers in Tanzania in early 90, after college Brenda graduating as accountants and work as a bank teller for more than 5yers, later as part of geco family she become an accountants of the company.
Now as GECO SAFARIS ACCOUNTATNS MANEGER she is the one important person in the company managing all the
account department.
